                  RESPONSIBILITIES:

                  1. Installing and training of software applications.

                  5. Assists user to resolve computer-related problems such as inoperative hardware or software.

Administer, support and troubleshoot software / hardware and overall network infrastructure including but not limited to: Windows 2003/2008, Exchange 2003/2010, Terminal Services, VMware, firewalls, routers, broadband connectivity, database servers, performance monitoring, back-ups, third party application support, etc.
                  11. Create and upkeep network documentation including but not limited: network assessments, monthly maintenance plans, etc.
                  12. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all managed switches, routers, storage arrays, and servers with the position supervisor. Physically installs all new network equipment. Typically performs the initial installation and maintenance of all network-based software. Performs ongoing installations of new software and hardware and maintains existing Windows network.

                          TITLE: Sexual Assault Advocate

                          JOB SUMMARY 

                          The Sexual Assault Advocate performs a variety of duties involved in providing support and advocacy for the rights and protection of survivors of sexual trauma and their loved ones. The Sexual Assault Advocate is responsible for the assessment of the individual survivor’s needs and works with community resources to fulfill needs which may include shelter, counseling, referrals, food, property return, and general advocacy and surpport. The Resource Advocate assists with the daily operations of advocacy services and ensures that all data and client documentation is appropriately maintained. 

                           

                          DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES  

                          1. Provide advocacy for survivors of sexual trauma at the individual and system level.
                          • Providing comprehensive crisis intervention to primary and secondary survivors of sexual assault. 
                          • Providing emergency, 24/7 response to survivors receiving forensic medical exams. 
                          • Accompany survivors to law enforcement offices, prosecutor’s offices, and court proceedings. 
                          • Ensuring survivors’ rights are upheld 
                          • Educating survivors on the criminal justice process and interpreting specific jargon used by other sexual trauma response professionals. 
                          • Aiding survivors when filing for Crime Victims’ Reparations, address confidentiality programs 
                          • Working to ensure survivors’ safety and privacy during trial. Liaising with law enforcement and prosecutors in matters related to survivors’ criminal justice cases. 
                          • Connecting victims with additional services throughout the community as needed 
                          • Conducting safety plans with all survivors 
                          • Complete client intake forms, document services and referrals provided, and conduct thorough case management. 
                          •  Work closely and interact with detectives, deputies, patrol officers, service providers, other advocates, governmental agencies, and the public to ensure a survivor’s rights and needs are addressed. 
                          • Maintain good working relationships with other agencies. 
                          • Develop contacts and build relationships with criminal justice professionals in the community.

                                                                  QUALIFICATIONS: Educational requirements include a High School diploma with at least one (I) year of experience in the grant writing/development field. An Associates Degree in Business, Accounting, or Office Administration is preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated organizational ability and an ability to meet deadlines. Must be familiar with funding research, identification of potential funding opportunities, federal grant program organization, and reporting methods. Must be able to process and disseminate information to the Program Development Specialists and/or Director. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

                                                                  RESPONSIBILITIES:

                                                                  1. Responsible for proofreading grant applications prior to submission and recommending changes to Director.

                                                                  2. Responsible for researching potential funding sources.

                                                                  3. Responsible for maintaining/obtaining statistical information to use in support of grant applications and progress reports.

                                                                  4. Maintain Grant Status Report spreadsheet.

                                                                  5. Assist the Director in developing/maintaining the Program Development/Grants and Contracts policies and procedures manual.

                                                                  6. Must hold all information regarding the Nation in the strictest of confidence in all matters, responsibilities, and duties performed under this position.

                                                                  7. Assist with/complete any other job duties that might be assigned by immediate/controlling supervisor.

                                                                  QUALIFICATIONS: D.S. or D.M.D. from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and American Dental Association. Licensed to practice in the state, Certified in CPR,

                                                                  Accurate and precise attention to detail.  Compassionate and caring of patients

                                                                  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Able to work in an intense, concentrated environment.  Complies with all office, local, state, and American Dental Association regulations, protocols, and procedures.  At least two (2) years experience in general/family practice is preferred.  Experience providing healthcare to Native Americans preferred.  Applicant may not have any unresolved malpractice suits pending against him/her and shall not have any unresolved complaints on file in any state where he/she has a license to practice medicine.  Experience with computerized medical records systems preferred.  Computer literacy required.

                                                                  RESPONSIBILITIES:

                                                                  • Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits
                                                                  • Prescribe antibiotics and pain-relieving medications
                                                                  • Provide patient care for cracked or fractured teeth
                                                                  • Perform procedures to treat decay and cavities
                                                                  • Prepare and place fillings
                                                                  • Examine patients for dental and jaw diagnoses
                                                                  • Create models for dental appliances
                                                                  • Perform general dentistry
                                                                  • Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
                                                                  • Sedate patients and administer anesthetics
                                                                  • Perform tooth extractions and root canals
                                                                  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases
                                                                  • Create detailed treatment plans for patients
                                                                  • Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
                                                                  • Educate patients on aftercare and answer questions
