KAW NATION STATE TRIBE AGREEMENT SURVEY

Kaw Nation Social Services Department is requesting that all Oklahoma Kaw Nation Tribal Citizens complete the following survey. Kaw Nation is currently collaborating with OKDHS on a state/tribe agreement to recieve additional funding. This will help us provide additional services to eligible Tribal Citizens.
